The Masters Knockout

Directions: Study the tournament rules and the conditions below to reconstruct the full bracket before attempting the questions.

The Setup:
Sixteen players, seeded $1$ (strongest) to $16$ (weakest), enter the Masters Knockout, a single-elimination tournament played over four rounds: Round 1, the Quarter-Finals (QF), the Semi-Finals (SF) and the Final. Every match produces a winner, and the loser is knocked out.

Round 1 pairings: $1$ vs $16$, $8$ vs $9$, $4$ vs $13$, $5$ vs $12$, $2$ vs $15$, $7$ vs $10$, $3$ vs $14$, $6$ vs $11$.

The Bracket:
* QF1: Winner of ($1$ vs $16$) plays Winner of ($8$ vs $9$)
* QF2: Winner of ($4$ vs $13$) plays Winner of ($5$ vs $12$)
* QF3: Winner of ($2$ vs $15$) plays Winner of ($7$ vs $10$)
* QF4: Winner of ($3$ vs $14$) plays Winner of ($6$ vs $11$)
* SF1: Winner of QF1 plays Winner of QF2
* SF2: Winner of QF3 plays Winner of QF4
* Final: Winner of SF1 plays Winner of SF2

An upset occurs when a player with a higher seed number defeats a player with a lower seed number.

Conditions:
1. Exactly $4$ upsets occurred in the entire tournament.
2. Exactly $2$ upsets occurred in Round 1.
3. No player seeded $11$, $12$, $13$, $14$, $15$, or $16$ won their Round 1 match.
4. The player seeded $1$ reached the Final but lost the championship match.
5. The player seeded $6$ reached the Semi-Finals, where he was defeated by the eventual tournament champion.
